The U.S. operating blueprint

Proven in America.
Built for the Philippines.

Care Resources Inc. and its divisions provide the practical Las Vegas care experience behind the playbooks Global Care PH is adapting for Philippine law, culture and community needs.

From bedside insight to a connected care ecosystem.

The blueprint links care at home, specialized services, workforce development and senior placement. It also creates a U.S. diaspora bridge for families arranging care for loved ones back home.

U.S. models are references for operating quality—not imported law or evidence of Philippine licensing.

Care beyond the franchise.

Healthcare Staffing and Senior Placement are part of the wider Global Care PH vision, not franchise models.

Global Care PH

Supporting the care continuum.

Two distinct service concepts connected to the wider platform. Details remain in development.

The heart behind the vision.

Meet Grace Young — the Founder and Chairwoman whose journey from a Cebu childhood to American healthcare leadership shaped Global Care Philippines.

Portrait of Grace Young, Founder and Chairwoman of Global Care Philippines

Founder & Chairwoman Profile

Grace Young

Founder & Chairwoman — Global Care Philippines

Grace Young is building what the Philippines has been waiting for: a healthcare system where world-class standards and the Filipino heart finally meet.

Born in Cebu City, Grace carried her Filipino values across the world — through Canada to Las Vegas, Nevada — where she founded Care Resources Inc. and built it into a multi-division American healthcare company. As its Founder and CEO, she oversees CNA Dispatch (in-home care), Senior Resources (senior placement), Wound Care Dispatch, NCS Resources (newborn care), and Twenty Four Seven Hospice Care: a living blueprint of North American care standards, proven where it operates every day in Las Vegas.

She did not learn care from a boardroom. A Licensed Nevada Certified Nursing Assistant and Wound Care Certified professional, Grace has stood at the bedside — she knows what excellent care feels like, and what it costs a family when it falls short. That firsthand knowledge is engineered into every Global Care PH standard, playbook, and franchise model.

As Founder & Chairwoman of RED International, she also leads a pipeline of master-planned longevity-living destinations across the Philippines and beyond — uniting both halves of one vision: world-class places to age, and world-class care within them.

Her standard is her promise: “North American Standards, Filipino Excellence.” The Filipino caregiver is already the most trusted in the world. Grace Young is building the system worthy of them — at home, in the Philippines.

A Message from the Founder

A Message from Grace Young, Founder & Chairwoman

My fellow Filipinos,

I left the Philippines years ago carrying two things: my family's values, and a dream to build something that matters.

In America, I became a caregiver. I stood at bedsides in Las Vegas, held the hands of other people's parents, and learned what excellent care truly requires — not just skill, but heart. I went on to found Care Resources Inc., and built it division by division into an American healthcare company operating under some of the most demanding care standards in the world.

And everywhere I went, I saw the same truth: the world trusts the Filipino caregiver above all others. Our compassion is legendary. Our dedication is unmatched.

So I asked myself a question I could not ignore: why should world-class care be something Filipinos deliver abroad — but cannot always find at home?

Global Care Philippines is my answer.

We are building a family of healthcare franchise agencies for the Philippines, alongside RED International’s senior-living flagships — each shaped by North American standards and delivered with Filipino excellence. Behind every franchise stands a real operating blueprint proven in the United States, a workforce engine to train world-class caregivers, and a development partner creating beautiful places to age with dignity.

This is more than a business. It is a homecoming — of standards, of opportunity, and of pride.

To the Filipino entrepreneur: come build with us a business that is both profitable and purposeful. To our future partners and investors: the future of care in the Philippines is being written now. To every Filipino family: the care your loved ones deserve is coming home.

With all my heart,
Grace Young

Vision

The future of luxury
longevity living.

RED International develops master-planned destinations where luxury residences, hospitality, wellness and care-ready environments are conceived as one place.

We develop more than real estate. We create enduring ecosystems for living well.

The world is living longer. What it lacks is not buildings but places — destinations with the design intelligence of a five-star resort, the operational discipline of a healthcare institution, and the warmth of a home that adapts as life changes.

RED International exists to develop and govern those places. It acts as the development and property platform, and works with specialist operating partners so that hospitality, senior living, wellness and care are delivered by people whose profession it is.

The platform model

One development platform.
Specialist operators.

RED International is the PropCo: it selects markets, structures land and capital, master plans, and governs the asset for the long term. Operating companies deliver the daily experience.

Signature development formats

Six ways a RED
destination takes shape.

Each format is a configurable framework rather than a fixed product. Programme, scale and phasing are set by the site, the market and the operating partner.

01 · CONCEPT

Master-Planned Integrated Luxury Senior Living Resort

A full destination: residences, care-ready campus, hospitality, wellness and culinary anchors held within one master plan and one governance framework.

02 · CONCEPT

Semi-Integrated Senior Living & Wellness Campus

A mid-scale campus for sites that cannot absorb a full destination but can support residences, wellness and care in a walkable cluster.

03 · CONCEPT

Boutique Residential Care Community

Small, household-scaled communities where design, staffing ratios and dignity of daily life carry the entire proposition.

04 · CONCEPT

Private Senior Villas & 55+ Neighbourhoods

Ownership-led neighbourhoods for active residents who want independence now and care access later.

05 · CONCEPT

Hospitality, Culinary & Lifestyle Anchors

The public heart of a RED destination: hotel keys, serviced residences, dining and event capacity that carry the brand and the early cash flow.

06 · CONCEPT

International Luxury Estate Management

A service platform for private residences and RED communities: oversight, maintenance, staffing supervision and arrival readiness.

Priority markets

A focused geography,
honestly labelled.

None of these locations represent completed or committed assets. They are markets where RED is actively planning, engaging landowners, or preparing entry.

PHILIPPINES · DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE

Philippines

The flagship pipeline geography: a nation with deep hospitality culture, a large internationally trained care workforce, and growing domestic and returning-resident demand.

Davao (development pipeline) · Cebu / Mactan · Cebu South Road Properties · Clark Freeport Zone · Tagaytay · Lipa · Iloilo (priority markets)

GCC · PRIORITY MARKET

Gulf Cooperation Council

Where branded longevity living, wellness hospitality and estate management meet national development agendas.

Dubai · Abu Dhabi · Riyadh (priority markets) · Jeddah · Doha · Kuwait City (strategic expansion)

DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE

Davao

A large, stable southern Philippine metropolis with strong healthcare infrastructure, governance continuity and land availability at destination scale.

The RED standard

Six commitments that
govern every plan.

Applied as gates, not aspirations. A scheme that cannot satisfy all six is redesigned, restructured, or declined.

01

Destination Design

Every plan begins with place: climate, topography, culture and arrival sequence.

02

Longevity & Wellness

Programme, landscape and clinical adjacency are planned together so prevention, therapy and daily movement are part of ordinary life.

03

Operational Readiness

Buildings are drawn around the operating model — staffing, meal service, housekeeping routes and care pathways.

04

Global Compliance

Local licensing, building codes, accessibility, labour and data requirements are mapped early and treated as design inputs.

05

Hospitality Culture

Service standards are written, taught and supervised. A five-star sensibility is the baseline.

06

Asset Stewardship

Planning for decade three, not month twelve: durable specification, lifecycle budgets and transparent governance.

Founder & Chairwoman

Grace Young.

Cross-sector leadership across real estate development, healthcare services, logistics and compliance, and international senior-living strategy.

A founding principle of RED International: a longevity destination is only as good as the operating reality behind it, so the two are designed together from the first line on the plan.

As Chairwoman she leads market selection and partnership strategy and sets the design and service standards that carry the RED name into each jurisdiction.
